How It Works

Hosting at home? Perfect.

Let's say you're planning a party at your house from 10AM to 2PM. 

You book the PlayCabin for a 2-hour experience from 10AM to 12PM. We arrive, set everything up, and run the expedition while your guests jump in, play, and have fun.

When your time wraps up, we pack up and head out. Your party keeps going!

No rushing out the door. No loading kids into cars. You can move right into lunch, cake, presents, and everything else you have planned. 

Using a Park or Pavilion? No Problem.

Planning your party at a local park or rented pavilion? Many of these spaces are reserved for longer time blocks, and we can fit right into that schedule. 

Even if we're only there for part of your event, we'll arrive during your booked time, run the PlayCabin experience, and then pack up when we're done. You can continue enjoying your space without interruption. 

It's a great way to add something unique to your party without changing how you've already planned it.

If you're in an area where parking a trailer might be tricky - like certain neighborhoods or venues - we'll work with you ahead of time to find the best solution. 

That could mean adjusting the placement, using a nearby space like a park, or helping you think through options to keep everything running smoothly on the day of your event.
